Welcome to the Lucas Calendar, a listing of BMCU events — and a few non-club events that might be of interest. As its name indicates, it is of reasonable but not necessarily guaranteed reliability. Always best to check before driving out to an event.

Park City Cars and Coffee: Third Sunday of the month, 9 am – noonish, put on by the Park City Car Club and held at Hugo Coffee, 1794 Olympic Parkway near the visitor center in Kimball Junction.
Park City Car Club Gathering: First Thursday of the month, 6 pm at Billy Blancos, 8208 Gorgoza Pines Rd Quarry Village in Park City.
Liberty Park Cruise Nights: Second Wednesday of the month, 5 – 9 pm. Runs April through October

We’re at the same location as last year, the South Valley Unitarian Universalist Society at 6876 South Highland Dr (2000 East), Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121. More info here

The Sunday Brunch will be held at McCool’s in SLC at 1400 S. Foothill Dr. in the Foothill Village Shopping Center. Meet in the parking lot for an eleven o’clock entry into McCool’s
26: Eureka Drive — Roger & Jill Davis
We will meet at the park in South Jordan at 11010 S. Redwood Rd. The time to meet is 10am. This is the park that we have used in the past for other runs and our Annual Memorial Day Tours to Southern Utah. More info here
16: Fairview/Price/Helper — Doug and Peggy Wright
Let’s meet at 8am with a 8:30am departure at the southeast corner of the South Towne Mall, 10600 S & State St in Sandy. This is the location we’ve used in the past. More info here
23: Kirkham Factory Tour — Roger Davis
Steen has arranged a tour for us of the Kirkham factory. These folks make the best Cobra replicas, with the aluminum bodies coming from a former MIG factory! Steen and Wayne Mortensen will be having a BBQ for the members afterwards as well. More info here

We’re headed to Montpelier Idaho this time! There are some lovely drives around that area, and the drive up is a little shorter than we’ve done in the past few years. Hotel information can be found on our Member’s Page.

21: Trapper’s Loop — TBD
Due to requests, the Hobble Creek event, scheduled for Aug 21, is not going to be held this season. Instead, on that date, we will be having our Trappers Loop drive. As you remember, this is a beautiful drive up Emigration Canyon, East Canyon, and over the Trappers Loop road into scenic Eden Valley.
27: Park City Classic Car Show — Jim Revel
This year the above will again be sponsored by the Wasatch Mountain Jaguar Register, on Saturday, August 27, 2016 and attached is an application should you care to enter your car or cars. Based on last years entrants and car clubs that will be invited to enter again this year I would suggest that you get your application in as soon as possible. We will limit entrant cars to 75 which was how many we had last year. No applications will be accepted after 6/10/16.
